Set of screening labs once per year

Urinalysis in office dip stick

Electrocardiogram (EKG) once yearly

Pap smear collection for women* 

Orders for various screenings* such as: ​

  • Cologaurd or referral for colonoscopy

  • Mammogram​

  • Bone density screening

  • Chest CT for cardiac score or lung cancer screening
