Papaya Primary Care membership includes: 

• Annual comprehensive physical exam

• Set of screening labs once per year (see services)

• Urinalysis in office dip stick

• Electrocardiogram (EKG) once yearly

• Pap smear collection for women 

• Orders for various cancer screenings such as: 

  • Cologaurd or referral for colonoscopy

  • Mammogram​

  • Bone density screening

  • Chest CT for cardiac score or lung cancer screening
